Having just received the final handover documentation, I can thoroughly recommend Resolve Home Energy. Compared to another company I approached, RHE were friendly, quick to respond, and keen to see the property. They also didn't hit me with a huge contract before actually talking to me.It was very clear that Atif understands the technology and the products. I had some concerns and alternative suggestions, and each time they were carefully addressed in way that said "I can do that if you prefer, but here's why it may not be in your best interests". The DNO approval - necessary for larger systems - was treated as just part of the process, not some huge hurdle to be avoided if possible.The installation went smoothly, everything being done in a day. I think it helps that (apart from scaffolders) the team are all employees, not contractors. Adam the electrician in particular made sure he had answered any questions I had, despite the late finish for him, but they were all great.It's great to have finally joined Solar Club (first rule: tell everyone), and thanks to Atif and the team at Resolve it was a pleasant experience that I recommend.

Everyone at Resolve has been very helpful from start - Atif's first visit - to finish when George brought our homepack and completed all the relevant paperwork with our energy company. We chose Resolve as we felt their approach and their after care/advice most reassuring. Our panels are east and west facing and are producing an excellent amount of energy.

Excellent experience with Resolve. Nothing oppressive before signing up, all easy and calm. Efficient installation, all worked first time (except a non-essential widget not communicating). No bull, all our questions answered clearly, where necessary after research.Happily recommend.

Resolve Home Energy came to my home, explained all my options in language I understood, gave me a fixed price quote on the same day and at no point made me feel under pressure to commit or sign to their service. After looking into other solar and battery suppliers I chose Resolve Home Energy through a recommendation from a friend and that their price was very competitive.The work was completed at my convenience in really good time, there were no hidden extras, the work carried out is of a very high standard and really importantly for me, Resolve Home Energy always picked up their phone (land line and mobile) and dealt with any questions or concerns.I have not had to do anything other than pay, Resolve Home Energy have chased and supplied all the paper work and provided all the certification needed, dealt with any issues I have raised post installation and revisited me today with a comprehensive home pack containing everything you need to know about their installation, warranties, certification, diagrams and explanations etc.Home Resolve Energy's panels and batteries are guaranteed for 12 years, they guarantee their workmanship around the installation for 2 years (which is a better warranty than what comes with the house!) and apart from the scaffolding, employ all their trades people directly keeping everything in house and not subject to the problems caused by subcontractors. I am confident that they will continue to monitor my system and provide a good after sale service for as long as I need. I also think their system performs better than what they advised me I should expect and already saving me money within a month.Resolve Home Energy have been in business many years and after choosing them to install my panels and batteries I can see why. A good price, a system that can be added to and really good kit all installed hassle free. I do not think there are many companies out there that provide such a good service.

Resolve Home Energy was recommended to us by a work colleague who had solar panels, battery and heat pumps fitted. He was most complimentary.We can confirm that this was a most satsifying experience as a customer. Appointments and advice was prompt and with excellent expertise and advice based on our need rather than sales intention. The equipment, solar panel, battery, inverter and car charger were fitted in a single day with all workman for roof, electrics etc coming together as one team.The set up and coordination of the software and functionalities after the installation was outstanding. I have rarely dealt with such an efficient provider. First class.

I honestly can’t stress how amazing Resolve Home Energy Ltd are! I needed my roof redoing and thought it would be the perfect opportunity to add solar panels and a battery. Atif was brilliant when he came to see me and explained everything thoroughly and I felt very assured that I was in good hands. Ian was also great with arranging the installation and with all the questions I had during the process. The whole experience was flawless. A well deserved 5 stars, I would highly recommend them!

Amazing service from start to finishVery happy with our new solar panels! They look great and the install was very clean and engineers very respectful of our home! I was worried about mess and debris but no issues at all! The app is a great touch and means I can keep an eye on usage and energy production to use it effectively!

Advised to contact Resolve by a previous customer. Atif came to our home to talk through their products and was happy to leave us time to consider our options. Certainly no high pressure salesmanship. Once we had placed an order the battery system was speedily and efficiently installed. The company have made a couple of follow up calls to check that we have been happy with the system and their service.Impressed and would recommend.

It's the first time I have used Resolve Home Energy, but I will certainly use them again. They have been so easy and friendly to deal with. Their advice was clear and direct, and the workmanship of the installation was of a high standard.Overall a positive experience with a committed and professional team and excellent service. It's the first time that I've used Resolve Home Energy, but I'll certainly use them again should the need ever arise. A friendly team and a tidy EV Charger and Solar Battery Storage System. Not at all pushy, competitively priced and good communications. Highly recommended.

Resolve have just fitted a set of batteries for me - installation went well, the team kept me updated throughout and quickly resolved a few snagging issues. System works well and I have recommended their services to several of my neighbours who are looking at Solar PV systems.
